What do you need to rent a car?
- Passport/ID card and driving licence
- Two years of driving experience
- Security deposit – €200
Main rental conditions
Reservation
A reservation is confirmed after the advance payment is received. If a reservation is cancelled, the reservation fee paid is non-refundable.
Rental period
The minimum rental period is 48 hours. If the rental is exceeded by more than 4 hours, an additional full rental day will be charged.
Mileage limit
Mileage limits may vary by vehicle. If the car is rented for more than one day, the stated limit is cumulative. If you exceed the limit, you simply pay €0.15 for each kilometre over the limit.
Security deposit
The security deposit is returned at the end of the rental period if the car is undamaged and there are no mutual claims between the parties. Any possible fines, expenses or compensation amounts will first be deducted from the security deposit.
Vehicle insurance
All vehicles are insured against road accidents, fire, natural disasters and theft (CASCO), and have valid compulsory third-party liability insurance (OCTA).
Renter liability
- In case of damage – €285
- In case of theft – 10% of the vehicle value
- In case of total loss – 10% of the vehicle value
Liability reduction
Upon the customer's request, for an additional fee liability for damage to the rented vehicle can be reduced to €0.00.
Vehicle pickup and return
The vehicle is picked up and returned at the company's registered address unless another address is mutually agreed.
Vehicle cleanliness
The vehicle is handed over clean and tidy, and must be returned in the same condition. If the customer does not wish to clean the car or returns it unwashed/uncleaned for any reason, the following amounts will be deducted from the security deposit:
- Exterior wash – €20
- Interior cleaning – €25
- Deep interior cleaning – €100
Smoking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
