How can I book a car?

If I fill in the booking form, is the car considered reserved?

After you submit the booking form, our staff will contact you to confirm the reservation. A reservation is only valid after partial or full payment of the invoice.

Can I cancel a reservation and get a refund after paying the invoice?

Unfortunately, we do not refund payments in such cases. Once a car is reserved, we consider it unavailable for that period, which may mean turning away other potential customers and incurring financial loss.

Can I book a car at Riga Airport?

Yes, if needed we can deliver the car to Riga Airport. Delivery fee: €20. We are a car rental service at Riga Airport.

What happens if I exceed the allowed mileage limit?

Under the rental agreement, an additional fee of €0.15 per kilometre is charged above the allowed limit.

Is it possible to rent a car with unlimited mileage?

Yes, this service costs €20 per day.

Are the cars insured?

All cars have OCTA (compulsory third-party liability) and CASCO insurance. CASCO excess – €285.

Is it possible to rent a car with €0.00 CASCO excess?

Yes, this service costs €20 per day.

Does the car have to be returned clean?

When you pick up the car, it is clean inside and out. It must be returned in the same condition. If the car is returned unwashed or uncleaned for any reason, an additional cleaning fee will be charged under the rental agreement.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay by bank transfer or in cash.

Where can I pick up the car?

You can pick up the car at the company's registered address or at any other agreed location in Riga. We are a mobile car rental service – in Purvciems, Pļavnieki, Teika, the city centre, the airport and other Riga districts.

Is fuel included in the rental price?

No, fuel is the customer's responsibility. Cars are handed over with a full tank and must be returned with a full tank.

What information is required for the rental agreement?

To conclude the rental agreement, the renter must provide: First and last name, Personal identification number, Declared residential address, Email, Phone number.

Is it possible to extend the rental period?

Yes, the rental period can be extended by mutual agreement. The only obstacle may be that the same car is already booked for another customer. In such cases we may offer an alternative car if one is available.

Is a foreign driving licence valid?

Yes, it is valid.

Is it possible to rent child seats?

Yes, you can rent child seats, infant seats and booster seats for older children.
